Wolftraders Limited Warranty
What do we cover?Wolftraders premium durable goods are warranted to be free of defect in materials and workmanship, for the expressed time, except as defined below, to the original purchaser of the product from Wolftraders or its authorized dealers. The lifetime of a product refers to the time from purchase to when the item is no longer serviceable or usable due to normal wear and tear.
What don't we cover?
Wolftraders shall not be responsible for natural wear and tear that will inevitably come with use, including but not limited to discoloration, damage or wear due to chemicals, ultra violet (UV) sun exposure, exhausted zippers, etc. We shall also not be responsible for damage or defects caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alteration, animal attack, weather damage, improper setup or care.
This warranty is not transferrable and is only applicable to the original purchaser when purchased directly from Wolftraders or its authorized dealers.
What will we do?
Wolftraders, at its own discretion, will either repair or replace your item.
How to obtain warranty service
An original purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims. To submit a warranty claim, contact Wolftraders via email at email@example.com. Authorization is required prior to returning any item. Warranty claims should be returned via pre-paid freight. Any shipment sent collect or without authorization cannot be accepted.
